To us, no order is complete until you are fully satisfied. You can return the goods within 10 days of receipt, after which we’ll give you a refund within 30 days. We are unable to exchange items, so if you would like to change a product, you will need to make a return – as described below – and place a new order.
Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all of their tags and original packaging. Any items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
- pack your product in the original packaging and box. Ensure that the packaging is secured, as we will not be able to make a refund for items damaged in return transit.
- send us an e-mail at customercare@riedizioni to signalize that you would like to return the product(s). Include your name, address and the order number. Do not send anything until you have a confirmation from us.
- we will get in touch with you within 24 hours.
- we use the home pick-up service. After verifying all the details, we will send a courier to collect your package. The courier will get in touch with you in order to arrange the service details. If for some reason the arranged date is not convenient for you, get in touch with them to change it.
- when we have received and approved your returned item, the return postage will be deducted from your refund. Please remember that financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us, so we recommend that you only use our delivery service.
- please note that any return shipping costs will be covered by you.
